* lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp.el
(byte-compile-file-form-custom-declare-variable): Compile all elements,
since cconv.el might have introduced :fun-body, internal-make-closure,
and friends for bytecomp to handle.
* lisp/custom.el (defcustom): Avoid ((λ ..) ..).
